Set forms for collection tunnel inverts including drain trench. Terrible sand storm. It was literally raining sand. Socotec inspected at 6:00 p.m. they won't accept splice length of rebar from ES2. They want bar diameter, which is 1.6 times our standard. They also want the floor poured in segments. These are changes that will have cost ramifications to the project, so we will document.
